Scottish group Danko have shared their new single ‘Trouble’.
Out now, it comes as Danko start to make serious waves in the close-knit Scottish music scene. Unashamedly ‘big’ in sound and tone, the group’s approach recalls The War On Drugs, or even Sam Fender.
Incoming EP ‘Take Your Time’ is out on February 12th, and new single ‘Having Trouble’ is a blazing preview of their skills.
The easy-going unity of their creative method is inspired by The Band – even their name comes from Rick Danko. A sense of classic songwriting is at play in ‘Having Trouble’, alongside a crunching sensibility that comes from their live shows.
