Daniele Luppi and Greg Gonzalez combine on new single ‘You Never Loved’.
Highly experienced LA all-rounder Daniele Luppi has worked with some of your favourite artists, ranging from his 2011 Rome project – which included Danger Mouse and Jack White – to his 2017 recordings with Parquet Courts and Karen O.
His new EP finds the studio boffin pivoting once more, with Daniele Luppi combining with Cigarettes After Sex figure Greg Gonzalez. The incoming project is titled ‘Charm Of Pleasure’, and it merges two very distinct artists.
Out on September 16th, it’s led by gorgeous new song ‘You Never Loved’, which melds together drifting sonics and some incisive songwriting moments. A sign of what’s to come, ‘You Never Loved’ also exists in its own sphere, marked by two artists who continually hunt for individuality.
