Fusing everything from avant techno to psychedelic rock, Daniel Avery’s debut album ‘Drone Logic’ was a fine achievement.

A record that seemed to sustain repeated listens, ‘Drone Logic’ offered up hidden secrets as time passed. Fertile fare for guest producers, Daniel Avery’s material has subsequently been re-worked by a number of other artists.

Phantasy Sound have compiled a plethora of remixes onto twin-disc compilation ‘New Energy’. Due for release in March, it features everyone from Factory Floor to Beyond The Wizard’s Sleeve, Special Request to KiNK.

Available digitally and on CD, a special 12 inch featuring remixes from Rødhåd, Silent Servant and Volte-Face will be released this month.
