A remarkable religious and cultural figure, the Dalai Lama is one of the few instantly recognisable spiritual leaders on the planet.
Public appearances from the speaker tend to be in high demand, with the Dalai Lama maintaining a global schedule. A few moments ago, though, the Tibetan figure appeared to let something slip.
The official Dalai Lama website was updated to read: “His Holiness will give a talk at the Glastonbury Festival in the morning” for June 28th.
Within a few minutes, the posting was taken down – perhaps because the full Glastonbury announcement is not due until April.
So is the Dalai Lama set to appear at Glastonbury? And has one of the world’s holiest figures just broken a press embargo? Time will tell…
