D Double E, Ms Banks, Ray BLK Feature In Mental Health Series

It launches on All4 this month...

D Double E, Ms Banks and Ray BLK contribute to a new series on mental health.

The digital animated series probes various strands of mental health, intending to open up previously closed off conversations.

Rap Therapy is an E4 project, and will be available to stream via the broadcaster's ALL4 hub.

Konan discusses the violent loss of his step-father in the opening episode, while Ray BLK guides you through a mindful breathing exercise in Episode 2.

Krept reflects on his experiences with grief following the loss of Cadet in a car crash, before the fourth episode allows Ms Banks space to discuss body image.

The series finishes with a look at how we drift off to sleep, guided by the Newham General himself D Double E.

Rap Therapy starts on January 18th.
