East London hero D Double E has released new album 'D.O.N.'.
Co-founder of core grime project Newham Generals, D Double saw his profile explode last Christmas due to a certain TV ad.
It's all he deserves and more, though, having held the line for grime and system culture in this country for 20 years now.
New album 'D.O.N.' – Double Or Nothing – is out now, and it's a fusion of flavours that places his skippy flow to the forefront.
Singles such as 'Where Do We Come From' (which features fellow grime warlord Ghetts) and the Kano-bolstered 'Tell Me A Ting' raised temperatures on their release earlier in the year.
Out now, 'D.O.N.' is a sterling 12 tracker, with D Double E sharing the last single 'Bedroom Bully' – alongside Ms Banks – just a few days ago.
Check it out now.
