Cassette Release Planned By Group

I Was A Cub Scout have announced unusual plans for new single “The Hunter’s Daughter” which will be released on digital download and – shock horror – cassette.

The humble cassingle may be about to return to Britain’s high streets, that is if I Was A Cub Scout have anything to do with it. The cassette format has been defunct for almost a decade, but the group have revived it for new single “The Hunter’s Daughter”.

Taken from debut album “I Want You To Know There Is Always Hope”, the single will be backed with new tracks “Worker Bees” and a cover of The Cure classic “Close To Me”.

Available from June 16th, “The Hunter’s Daughter” is one of the more unusual releases of the year.
