It's due in November...

Crystal Castles have completed their new album, which will seemingly be released in November.

Slowly, steadily Crystal Castles have built up a batch of new material. Already peppering their live show, the fresh songs are set to form the spine of their third album.

Sessions opened earlier this year, and now the band have intimated that a new album is not far off. A simple statement on the group's Facebook page reads: "new album = november".

Earlier this year Crystal Castles opened up about their new material, and admitted that they had been partially inspired by the "oppression" they have witnessed in the world today. (via Pitchfork)

"Oppression is a theme, in general… A lot of bad things have happened to people close to me since II and it's profoundly influenced my writing as I've realized there will never be justice for them," Alice Glass said in a statement.

"I didn't think I could lose faith in humanity any more than I already had, but after witnessing some things, it feels like the world is a dystopia where victims don't get justice and corruption prevails. I'm one step away from being a vigilante to protect people and bring justice to the people I love. I've thought about it."

Meanwhile, the band have also confirmed plans for a British tour. Opening in Birmingham with a show on November 22nd, the tour then hits Brixton Academy on November 24th. Ending in Manchester, tickets for all upcoming shows are on sale now.

Crystal Castles are set to play the following shows:

22 Birmingham Institute
23 Norwich UEA
24 London Brixton Academy
26 Glasgow O2 ABC
27 Leeds Academy
28 Manchester Academy
