Devin Copeland's copyright infringement suit thrown out...
Justin Bieber

A copyright suit lodged against Justin Bieber and Usher has been thrown out by an American judge.

Devin Copeland alleged that the duo's 2010 single 'Somebody To Love' stepped on the toes of his own work.

Now, a judge in America has thrown out the case, saying that any similarity was "'modest' at best" and should not result in a lawsuit. (via TMZ)
