Confidence Man Announce New Album ‘3AM (LA LA LA)’

Check out their outrageous new video...

Australian dance-pop renegades Confidence Man will release new album ‘3AM (LA LA LA)’ later this year.

Now firmly ensconced in London, the duo – Sugar Bones and Janet Planet – are a force to be reckoned with, continually working on new material at their base in Pony Studios.

The East London audio redoubt has become a hub for Confidence Man debauchery, and it’s where they brought their incoming album to life.

‘3AM (LA LA LA)’ is out on October 18th, with the duo’s light, and vivacious energy, aiming to disrupt the darkness around us. “It’s a fucked up sort of world,” says Sugar Bones. “It’s 3am, it’s never not 3am, and we party all the time.”

New single ‘I CAN’T LOSE YOU’ is out now, all airy synths, trance aspects, and that thumping beat. For the video, Confidence Man opted to go up into the sky to survey their new base in East London – yep, they’re naked in a helicopter.

“We pretty much wrote every single song when we were wrecked,” says Janet Planet. “We’d get blasted and stay up till 9am coming up with music, but we noticed that 3am was the hottest time for when we were on it and the best ideas were coming out.”

Tune in now.
