Coldplay Unveil Artwork

Band Use DelaCroix Painting

Globe trotting chart slayers Coldplay have unveiled the new artwork to their EP ‘Prospekts March’, set to be released in the UK on November 24th.

The band recorded huge amounts of material with producer Brian Eno during the sessions that became ‘Viva La Vida Or Death And All His Friends’. Off shoots from these sessions will appear on the EP, which will be released in the UK next month.

Coldplay revealed on their official website that they will use a Eugene Delacroix painting ‘Battle Of Poitiers’ as the cover of the new EP. The band also used a painting by the artist as the cover of their recent album ‘Viva La Vida Or Death And All His Friends’. Delacroix’s stirring imagery matched the bombast of the music, and hopes are high for the new EP.

Coldplay release their new EP ‘Prospekts March’ on November 24th.
