Canadian artist Al Spx took her time before releasing her debut.
Yet when she did, the songwriter – utilising the moniker Cold Specks – did so with devastating effect. 'I Predict A Graceful Expulsion' was released to widespread acclaim, with live shows displaying a confident young artist, in full control of her creative faculties.
Playing an intimate show at London's Lexington venue earlier this year, Cold Specks performed material from her upcoming second album.
Upcoming full length 'Neuroplasticity' drops on August 25th, with new single 'Bodies At Bay' due for release on September 1st.
A driving, probing, inquisitive return, there's a visceral edge to Al Spx' songcraft which comes equipped with a lacerating full band arrangement.
Listen to it now.

September
25 Portsmouth Wedgewood Room
28 Bristol Colston Hall 2 The Lantern
