End Of The World are one of the most extraordinary pop experiences in Japan.
Which, y'know, says a lot as Japan is a county built on death-defying, genre-melting, barrier-breaking pop experiences.
The quartet's new single 'Stargazer' is packed with colour, and explosive return that finds End Of The World redefining themselves once again.
Remix partners Clean Bandit have been checking out their Japanese cousins on the sly, keeping tabs on the latest pop ventures.
This new re-working spins 'Stargazer' in a completely fresh direction, two vivid pop voices meshing into one extravagant conversation.
Clean Bandit explain...
"We've always been fascinated by End Of The World. They have such an eclectic sound so trying to add our own touch to their music was an interesting challenge. Their track 'Stargazer' is full of intricate musical ideas so it was cool to try and rework them into something totally different. We actually toured together in the US where we finally got to know each other and they're all such lovely people! Can't wait to get back in the studio to finish some more tunes..."
The results are pretty wild - tune in below.
