Clash Return To Strongroom FM

With a few surprises...

The Clash team are set to return to Strongroom FM tomorrow night for another live show.

A product of East London institution The Strongroom Studios, Strongroom FM is a hub for new creative types. Broadcasting each day in the London area, the station has grabbed guest shows from Ninja Tune, Moshi Moshi and more.

Representing the arts world, Orange Dot Gallery, Pure Evil Gallery, Product 250 and Black Rat Projects Gallery will drop by to take control of the airwaves.

Clash Magazine couldn’t resist an opportunity to get involved, so we hooked up with Strongroom FM for a show of our very own. Going out fortnightly on 87.9FM, the latest instalment will be broadcast tomorrow (February 22nd).

Here’s a short summary of what you can expect…

– New tracks from Santigold & The Cribs.
– Re-visiting Jefferson Airplane’s Surrealistic Pillow
– Competition to win re-issues of Pulp’s first three albums
– Archive interview with the special one… KANYE WEST!
– We’ll be discussing whether Blur, New Order and The Specials are really an appropriate ‘Best of British’ line up to close the Olympics
– We’ll say our last goodbye to Whitney Houston
– Plus tracks from brand new artists like Wild Belle, Raleigh Moncrief and Cymbals

Tune in tomorrow night from 7pm – 9pm. For more information click HERE.
