It comes with a heart-rending visual...

Swedish singer-songwriter Clara Mae has unveiled new single, 'Missing You Sucks', a sanguine, lovestruck piece of guitar-led stadium pop.

Conceived with Johan Lindbrandt and Georgia Ku, Mae expertly intertwines country music's affinity for searing honesty with earworm replayability. Exploring the grey area after a break-up, Mae captures the advent of new beginnings (and relationships) with the shroud of an old flame still looming large.

Speaking of 'Missing You Sucks, Clara Mae says:

"My latest single is about trying to get out of the grief and hopelessness a person feels after a breakup. You try everything to get over it but wherever you go or whatever you do, you're hit with reminders of the person and end with that awful missing feeling. In the end, you want nothing more than to feel good again but it can take time, and missing someone like that can really suck."

Tune in now.
