Christine And The Queens has confirmed plans for new album ‘Redcar les adorables étoiles’.
The performer’s second album ‘Chris’ was released in 2018, an extravagant, provocative release that became our Album Of The Year. A Clash cover star, Chris then released a pair of EPs, before seeming to inaugurate a new era with a surprise single.
Released a matter of weeks ago, the coy, addictive ‘Je Te Vois Enfin’ made a deep impression, and seemed to tease the possibility that something – something big – was happening.
New album ‘Redcar les adorables étoiles’ is out on September 23rd, with Redcar set to perform two evenings in Paris this September – as the press note puts it, “an exclusive show in the name of poetry…”
Hitting London’s Royal Festival Hall on September 30th, we’re eager to see what other-worldly pop genius Christine and the Queens has in store.
Tickets go on sale from July 21st.
