Taken from their debut album...

Cheatahs have shared new track 'Get Tight' - listen to it now.

London can make or break a person. Sure, the city is one of Europe's cosmopolitan centres, a place of opportunity in countless areas - yet it can also be a place of temptation.

Working on new material, Cheatahs turned to the capital as a point of inspiration. New cut 'Get Tight' is directly inspired by life in London, it's pitfalls and inspirations.

In the band's own words, the track "is about the weird circus that is the part of London that we live in, that as much as it's fun and inspiring and a great place to do yourself gentle harm, you see too many creative people who get sucked in to the 7 days a week party life and forget to do the things they're good at and should be doing. There's more than one way to rage against the dying of the light."

Tatty, tattered indie rock with a blissful shoegaze edge, you can listen to 'Get Tight' below.

Cheatahs' debut album is set to be released on February 10th. The band have confirmed the following shows:

12 London Birthdays w/ Primitive Parts
15 Sheffield The Harley
16 Brighton Prince Albert
17 Leeds Brudenell Social Club
18 Glasgow Broadcast
19 Liverpool East Village Arts Club
