The week’s charts have brought success and despair to many, and we run through the results for some of our favourites here at Clashmusic.com.
In the singles chart its bad news for Duffy as she slides to number two. However, the Welsh soul wonder will be buoyed by the news that she remains at number one in the album charts for the third week running. Elsewhere in the singles chart, our favourite artists are somewhat thin on the ground, with both Foals and Elbow clinging desperately onto Top 40 places.
Good news in the album chart however, as Elbow stormed into Top Ten at number five. Muse shoot in at number two, whilst We Are Scientists just miss out on the Top Ten at eleven.
