Celeste Shares ‘There Will Come A Day’

The BRIT winner signals her return...

UK vocalist Celeste has shared new song ‘There Will Come A Day’.

The performer won the BRIT Rising Star award, and shared her debut album ‘Not Your Muse’ in the opening weeks of 2021. At the time, Clash writer Bella Fleming wrote that the record “will no doubt add to her early music success. Every song is radio friendly and album tracks ‘A Little Love’ and ‘Stop This Flame’ have already found TV advertising success. ‘Not Your Muse’ is not a revolutionary album, but every track is a more than enjoyable listen.”

Taking time out, Celeste is gearing up for her return. Working towards the release of her second album in 2024, the singer has just shared something new.

Out now, ‘There Will Come A Day’ features on the soundtrack of The Color Purple, with the full soundtrack album having been executive produced by Quincy Jones, Larry Jackson and Scott Sanders.

A showcase for her rich vocals, ‘There Will Come A Day’ was built alongside a heavyweight team – Celeste invited Grammy-nominated multi-instrumentalist and producer DetoNate into the studio, while the mix was handled by Beach Boise, known for their work with Kendrick Lamar.

Tune in now.
