Catholic Action have unveiled their filthy new festive tune 'No Angels' – tune in now.
The Glasgow band have had a great year, releasing their debut album and playing storming shows across the country.
New single 'No Angels' brings this epic 12 month spell to a close, and it's a frisky Christmas delight, a snog under the mistletoe with a quick feel round the back of the tree.
Frontman Chris McCrory chirps up: “You can't listen to as much 70s music without harbouring a massive desire to write a Christmas song… It's something we've always wanted to do as a band but never have. However, when Noddy Holder walked passed us in the street in Edinburgh last year, just after we'd spoke about doing it – we took that as a sign from above. Next year we would write and record a Christmas single! And would you look at that, we've made you a Christmas B-side too from one of our album tracks!”
It's a naughty little number, too, with that preening riff underpinning some saucy vocals: “You can’t have sex at Christmas, can’t make love or screw, you can’t have sex at Christmas, television and food…”
Tune in now.
