Catfish & The Bottlemen told Beats 1 recently that they communed with Jim Morrison's ghost during the recording of their new album.
The band are set to take control of Julie Adenuga's show tonight (May 9th), while the genial host takes a well earned break.
The show goes out at 8pm, with Catfish & The Bottlemen revealing that they were touched by a certain iconic spirit during recent studio sessions.
Bondy explains: "In LA Ryan Adams told us a story of how Sunset Sounds studio is haunted, as is his studio above it. Our guitar tech, Larry, went in the second live room at Sunset Sounds a few days later and is 100% certain that he felt a spirit of sorts, and that it was Jim Morrison! The Doors actually recorded in that room. That’s where he laid his vocals down."
Remarkable scenes.
Catfish & The Bottlemen will release new album 'The Ride' on May 27th.
