Cassyette Announces Debut Album ‘This World Fucking Sucks’

She's shared two scorching new singles...

Cassyette will release debut album ‘This World Fucking Sucks’ on August 23rd.

The cross-genre creator sits in an alt lane, but in truth Cassyette is walking her own path. Following a string of viral releases she’s now laid out plans for her debut album, which is slated to land this summer.

Out on August 23rd – pre-order the record online – the announce follows a string of huge support slots alongside bring me the horizon – including a pair of nights at the O2 Arena in London this weekend.

Looking ahead to her debut album ‘This World Fucking Sucks’, Cassyette comments:

“I’m so excited for the release of my first album. I’ve put in so much work and I’ve collaborated with so many amazing and talented people and I’m so grateful to see it brought to life. Since my Dad’s passing, I’ve tried my best to not surrender to the darkness that comes with grief. It’s from that darkness that ‘This World Fucking Sucks’ was born, and I really hope to do him proud, and that anyone that’s going through the same thing takes comfort in listening to it. We’re in this together.”

Alongside this, Cassyette has shared two uncompromising tracks: the lyrical introspection of ‘Why Am I Like This?’ and the sheer undaunted rage of ‘Ipecac’.

Tune in now.
