Although Cass McCombs scaled Amazon.com’s Albums Of The Year Poll last year and has been declared a genius on more than one occasion (NME, Vice Magazine), the singer songwriter has had a slow-building rise to success, and has now announced he will hit the UK this November for further live dates.

McCombs is a traveling songwriter who makes alt.folk, quite unlike most you are likely to hear. His last album ‘Dropping The Writ’ saw him writing and sounding more like Mozza than the straw-chewin’ type you may have imagined, with his lo-fi orchestral folk leanings also playing a heavy influence on the likes of Dev Hynes aka Lightspeed Champion.
