Carbon Silicon’s legendary residency in a tiny Westway pub is set to be immortalized in a new album including some of the group’s incendiary performances.
Hosted by Carbon Silicon, the residency saw Mick Jones and Tony James joined onstage by a host of special guests including former Clash drummer Topper Headon. Available exclusively via the band’s official site, the album is packaged in in a beautiful folding digipack and contains 12 tracks which capture the easy-going vibrancy of this historic event.
As previously reported the band are set to release a book of photographs taken at the event, in addition to this live album. The group are a ferocious live animal, as the punters in the Clash stage at SXSW found out earlier this year.
The “Carbon Casino” live album is available from the Carbon Silicon site for a limited time only.
