Kentucky Rockers Return

Raw Kentucky rockers Cage The Elephant have announced details of their new single, with the track 'Back Against The Wall' set to drop on January 26th.

The raw, bluesy Stones-influenced rockers are set to return. Cage The Elephant cut a swathe through the music scene this year with a engaging debut album and an utterly insane live show.

Hailing from the southern states in the US, the band combine some wholesome charm with vital rock 'n' roll. Like the unhinged cousins of Kings Of Leon, Cage The Elephant are a band to keep your eye on - mainly as it is impossible to predict what they will do next.

The band are set to kick off 2009 in fine style, with new single 'Back Against The Wall' hitting the shops in January. Taken from their muhc heralded debut album, the single is a typically raucous blast of grimy rock 'n' roll.

The single will contain a number of special treats for fans. Containing covers of such songs as MGMT's anthemic 'Kids' and Pavement's 'False Skorpion' this single looks well worth tracking down.

Cage The Elephant will release new single 'Back Against The Wall' on January 26th.
