Bullion Returns With New EP

'Love Me Oh Please Love Me' due on May 7th

Bullion is set to return with new EP ‘Love Me Oh Please Love Me’ due to be released on May 7th.

Ever at the forefront, always in the shadows. Bullion first emerged with the viral success of ‘Pet Sounds: In The Key Of Dee’ back in 2008, and since then has worked with Young Turks, R&S and more.

Shuffling between left field electronics, African inspired rhythms and pop melodies, Bullion became known for a sample heavy approach. Now the producer is planning to introduce a new style with upcoming EP ‘Love Me Oh Please Love Me’.

A six track collection, Bullion is responsible for writing five songs ‘The Age of Self’ was penned by Robert Wyatt.

Preview cut ‘It’s All In Sound’ has already emerged online. A woozy guitar part bubbles over skittering drums, with Bullion’s voice trickling through a myriad of plug-ins, filters and other sonic gadgets.

There’s a pop core here, with ‘It’s All In Sound’ ending with a flurry of saxophone notes and early 80s synth sounds.
