Bruno Major Details New Album ‘Columbo’

It's out on July 21st...

Bruno Major has laid out plans for new album ‘Columbo’.

The new album lands on July 21st, a 12 track body of work that follows his hugely successful 2020 full length 2020’s ‘To Let a Good Thing Die’. Moving forwards, the incoming LP finds the songwriter engaging with subtle evolution.

In a note, Bruno explained to fans that the new music represents a period of “self-diagnosis”, exploring personal relationship in the process.

“Something I’ve managed to do with Columbo more than any other album is find a way of saying exactly what I want to say,” Bruno reveals. “The album investigates my personal relationships with people and other things. It is self-diagnosis on a grand scale.”

The album is led by title song ‘Columbo’, a soothing Spring-like hymn reminiscent of Paul Simon, or more recently The Tallest Man On Earth.

Out now, it’s a sun-drenched piece of melodic songwriting, while the video has a special guest star – Bruno’s 1978 Mercedes 380SL.

Tune in now.
