Bru-C returns to solo duties with new single ‘Differently’.
Out now, it’s the UK rapper’s first solo single of the year, and it finds Bru-C on electrifying form. 2020’s ‘Smile’ pushed his name to the forefront, while a string of viral cuts took his music into the upper echelons of the charts.
‘Differently’ finds Bru-C riding a drum ‘n’ bass wave, the endless rolling snares carrying an old school flavour, but it’s executed with a fresh sense of energy.
Amid the deeply physical sonics Bru-C retains his playful appeal, while guest bars from Mist add a sense of friendly competition. Oh, and there’s a neat Craig David sample, too…
The single is out now, accompanied by some ‘luxe visuals – shot in Prague, no less.
