Bring Me The Horizon Are Working With Yungblud

Oli Sykes spills the beans...

Bring Me The Horizon are prepping a collaboration with Yungblud, it seems.

Yungblud tweeted members of the group earlier this year, urging them to check their Inboxes.

Seemingly this conversation has continued, and the dynamic Northern rock forces are plotting a new single.

Chatting to MTV Rocks Chart, frontman Oli Sykes commented: “Yeah we’ve been scheming, we’ve got something coming…”

What could it sound like, though? Bring Me The Horizon are moving through an experimental phase, while Yungblud's breadth takes him from pop to metal and back.

It's also unclear if this is a standalone release, or part of the band's ongoing 'Post Human' project – a daring attempt to complete four albums in one year.

“We’ve just been winging it and recording from lockdown, and now we’re going to make four different records over the next year and they’ll all share the name ‘Post Human’,” Oli Sykes revealed to NME. “They’ll each be tonally different with their own sound and mood. That’s one thing we’ve never really done.”

Time will tell!
