Alt icons bring me the horizon has shared plans for long-awaited new album ‘Post Human: Nex Gen’.
The multi award-winning band have been working on the project for some time. 2019 album ‘amo’ was followed by the Post Human project, with the opening instalment – 2020’s ‘Post Human: Survival Horror’ – smashing into the charts on its release.
Much anticipated, ‘Post Human: Nex Gen’ has just been announced. Teased on socials with a blockbuster clip, bring me the horizon will release their new album at midnight tonight – May 23rd.
The pre-save it up on Spotify and Apple Music, and the mammoth record has a total of 16 tracks.
The new album comes as bring me the horizon engage with a period of evolution. Moving into new territories while tethered to their metal roots, the band parted ways with Jordan Fish last year, reconfiguring their line-up.

‘Post Human: Nex Gen’ was initially teased in 2023, with CLASH writer Emily Swingle chatting to Oli Sykes during the band’s Malta weekender. He mused on the importance of supporting new artists, commenting:
If you’re an artist or in a band who just want to make music for the love of music, in this climate, it’s not the easiest. If we can support them like that, or by bringing them onstage, or taking them on tour, we will.
