Bricknasty have shared new single ‘Boyfriend’.
The band formed in Dublin, playing ad hoc events around the city. Setting up – often with little to no notice – and playing in unexpected places, Bricknasty quickly gained a reputation as one of the area’s pivotal live acts.
With their improvisatory nous and ability to see round artistic corners, Bricknasty became the house band at Dublin’s Sugar Club, gaining a dogged cult following.
New single ‘Boyfriend’ is out now on FAMM, and it finds Bricknasty pinning down an irresistible groove and working with it. Recently hitting London, the group shot a film at the historic Bush Hall, joined by some close friends, and stellar fans.

i wrote this song for me ma and her girlfriend at the time (2019) they’re split up now but it was good while it lasted and im happy for her always and happy this song came from them twos relationship
