Brand New has moved to cancel their upcoming Brixton Academy show.
Frontman Jesse Lacey was accused of sexual misconduct with a minor, with testimony from a survivor being widely shared online.
The singer issued a statement over the weekend, ahead of the band's proposed batch of European shows.
Support group Martha immediately pulled out of the tour, with touring member Kevin Devine also resigning.
Now the Brixton Academy date has been cancelled. Fans were informed via email this morning, and shared their experiences online:

Brand New cancelled at Brixton… all my excitement ripped away in the past week. *sigh*. Why can’t band members just not be idiots?
