It's a soaring, highly personal return from the Swedish talent...

Boy In Space is shaping up to dominate 2020.

The bare facts are self-evident: a viral fanbase, stunning songwriting, and an immaculate live show.

Set to support Alec Benjamin at some fantastic European shows later this year, the Swedish newcomer is now ready to share his next single.

It's a trembling ballad from Boy In Space, with the Scandinavian artist letting his feelings truly hang out.

A song about heartbreak and betrayal, it's the sort of thing that could all too easily become mawkish or self-indulgent, except the force of delivery keeps it all hanging together.

An intense but beautiful experience, it was also sparked by his favourite comedy show. Boy In Space offers:

”It’s about heartbreak and betrayal, which are two things that I don’t usually talk or think about much.”

”I was actually watching Friends on Netflix and I watched the episode where Ross and Rachel break up. I don’t know why, but it made me so irrationally sad. It reminded me of when my parents got divorced when I was younger, and I felt like I had to put that energy somewhere… so I went into the studio and wrote 'Drown' later that day.”

Tune in now.
