Bon Iver EP Announced

New Material From US Group

Celestial American group Bon Iver are set to unleash some new material after announcing the release of new EP ‘Blood Bank’ for January 19th.

The singer released debut album ‘For Emma, Forever Ago’ earlier this year, a stunning album with the majority of the material being recorded in a remote cabin in Wisconsin. Lead by Justin Vernon, the group take their name from an Anglicization of the French for ‘good winter’, and make suitably atmospheric music.

A stunning blend of Americana influences, ‘For Emma, Forever Ago’ is set to appear high up in the End Of Year lists. Its lo-fi production values make for an intimate listening experience, combining well with Vernon’s smokey voice.

New EP ‘Blood Bank’ will contain four songs and will be available as a CD or 12 inch vinyl. It has been reported that the 12 inch version will come with a coupon to download more tracks.

Bon Iver release ‘Blood Bank EP’ on January 19th. Tracklisting is as follows:

1 Blood Bank
2 Beach Baby
3 Babys
4 Woods
