Singer gives rare interview

Legendary American songwriter Bob Dylan is due to release his new studio album ‘Together Through Life’ on April 27th.

A towering figure in modern music, Dylan’s back catalogue contains some of the most important music made since the invention of the electric guitar.

From his early days as a Woody Guthrie inspired folk singer, to his provocative return to rock and roll at the Newport festival, his later move towards Christianity and his career resurrection with ‘Time Out Of Mind’ Dylan has inspired and confused with every turn.

Previous studio album ‘Modern Times’ was released in 2006 to widespread acclaim. Dylan’s most commercially successful album in decades, it became his first Billboard number one since the 70s.

Although the full tracklisting has yet to be revealed, it is thought that track titled will include ‘My Wife’s Home Town’ and ‘Beyond Here Lies Nothing’.

In a new development, Dylan has given a rare and revealing new interview. Published in full on his official site, the songwriter discusses his career with the celebrated journalist Bill Flanagan.
