Blood Orange have confirmed a short flurry of headline dates in the UK later this year.
Dev Hynes doesn’t like to sit still. Currently working in Chris Taylor’s solo project CANT, the singer recently decided to move back into an electronic vein.
Choosing the name Blood Orange, the producer released new album ‘Coastal Grooves’ earlier this year. Now based in New York, British dates have been sadly lacking although Hynes has arranged a homecoming of sorts later this year.
Travelling to the UK with CANT, Dev Hynes has also arranged three headline shows from Blood Orange. Designed to coincide with new single ‘Champagne Coast’ (out on November 7th) the singer announced the dates alongside a free download.
Clock Opera have tackled ‘Champagne Coast’ adding some neat arpeggios to Hynes’ song of longing. Listen to the remix below…

Set to support CANT on November 14th, Blood Orange are set to play headline sets at Brighton on December 2nd and London on December 3rd.
Alongside this, Blood Orange will support Das Racist at XOYO on December 1st. Tickets for all upcoming shows are on sale now.
