Bloc Party have shared their 2004 EP ‘Little Thoughts’ on streaming for the first time.
The band are set to have another epic year, toasting their 20th anniversary in style. A series of fantastic shows have been confirmed, including a one-off date at Crystal Palace Bowl in South London – their biggest UK headline concert yet.
Opting to play seminal debut album ‘Silent Alarm’ alongside other gems from their catalogue, Bloc Party will also throw in a few rarities, too. Kele Okereke comments…
“We’ve been having so much fun playing shows over the past year, so it makes sense to do something special for old and new fans, celebrating twenty years of Bloc Party. We heard from a lot of people that they couldn’t get tickets for the ‘Silent Alarm’ gigs, so a one-off summer party playing that and the bangers feels like the right thing to do.”
2004 EP ‘Little Thoughts’ was initially shared as a physical only release for Japanese fans, boasting early cuts such as ‘Tulips’, ‘Skeleton’, and ‘Storm And Stress’.
Now online in full, it’s the first time some of these songs have been available on streaming platforms.

Bloc Party will play Crystal Palace Park in London on July 7th.
