American party animals Black Kids are set to storm the UK with a new London instore date to coincide with the release of new album “Partie Traumatic” on Monday (July 7th).
US indie rockers Black Kids are currently laying siege to the British charts after the success of their single “I’m Not Gonna Teach Your Boyfriend How To Dance With You”. Latest single “Hurricane Jane” was another bout of fun filled exuberance, and also raced into the Top 40.
Debut album “Partie Traumatic” is set to be one of the most talked about debut albums of the year, combining a zest for life with a deft lyrical touch. The London instore date is at HMV Oxford Street, London at 6pm – the band will stick around afterwards to sign copies of their debut album. Later that night Black Kids will take to the stage in the iTunes festival, with support coming from acclaimed Oxford math rock troupe Foals – quite a double bill.
