Former Beta Band star Steve Mason’s new incarnation as Black Affair is set to charm the crowds at the two day Concrete And Glass event in Shoreditch on October 2nd-3rd.
After crafting a career in off-kilter indie pop it came as a surprise to many that Steve Mason would return in the electro-pop guise of Black Affair. Yet debut album ‘Pleasure Pressure Point’ was one of the year’s most unexpected delights, containing some superb pop nuggets.
Elsewhere at Concrete and Glass you can enjoy specially curated stages by some of Clashmusic.com’s favourite label’s including Wichita and Stolen Records. Featuring some of the top indie acts around today, including Pete And The Pirates, Holy Ghost Revival and Sky Larkin, Concrete and Glass is bringing a little life to the city.
