It's their second album in 12 months...

Big Thief will release new album 'Two Hands' on October 11th.

The band have already delivered one of 2019's finest LPs, with their wonderful 'U.F.O.F.' landing earlier this year to widespread acclaim.

Recorded in a cabin studio out in the woods of Washington state, the following weeks found Big Thief subsequently swapping this woodland location for the deserts of the American South West.

Working 30 miles west of El Paso with engineer Dom Monks and producer Andrew Sarlo, new album 'Two Hands' seemingly has a vastly different character from its forebear.

Each song was recorded live with next to no overdubs, with all but two songs featuring entirely live vocal takes.

Adrianne Lenker explains: "'Two Hands' has the songs that I’m the most proud of; I can imagine myself singing them when I’m old. Musically and lyrically, you can’t break it down much further than this. It’s already bare-bones."

New song 'Not' is online now - check it out below.

'Two Hands' will be released on October 11th - order it HERE.

Tune in now.
