Beth Jeans Houghton has unveiled the inventive video for her new single ‘Sweet Tooth Bird’.

On first sight, Beth Jeans Houghton could be mistaken for yet another acoustic bearing talent. But if you let her material seep in, it’s clear that the North East singer is coming at songwriting from a different direction entirely.

Paying careful attention to her visuals, Beth Jeans Houghton allows her imagination to run riot. New single ‘Sweet Tooth Bird’ will be released on February 20th, and the singer has sculpted a typically vivid new video.

Taken from the album ‘Yours Truly, Cellophane Nose’ the upcoming single clocks in at the classic pop time of 2:54. ‘Sweet Tooth Bird’ is by turns whimsical and heartbreaking, with the video reflecting its schizophrenic nature.
