Ben Sherman have expanded their new auction by adding a special edition Gibson SG guitar.
Ben Sherman have been in a charitable mood of late. The iconic British lifestyle brand recently VIP – very important plectrums – which featured some totally unique items of signed memorabilia.
Approaching artists across the globe, Ben Sherman asked some of the most high profile acts around to sign their plectrums. Placed online in three lots, the latest (and final) batch have just been put up for auction.
The full list makes for stunning reading, with Ben Sherman calling in favours left, right and centre. Amongst the artists to get involved are Noah & The Whale, La Roux, Band Of Horses and Coldplay.

One of the most iconic rock guitars of all time, the Gibson SG was made immortal by AC/DC’s Angus Young. The guitarist is closely associated with the instrument, having taken it across the globe with him.
Yet this isn’t just a hard rock instrument. Paul Weller was regularly seen bearing an SG during his ‘Wild Wood’ phase while Pete Townshend strapped on a Gibson during the ill-fated ‘Rock N Roll Circus’.
