US alt rock wonder Beck has released a new video for ‘Gamma Ray’ which will star Hollywood actress Chloe Sevigny.
The single, taken from recent album ‘Modern Guilt’, is a brilliant electro workout. A video for the song first leaked back in July, but it now appears that promo was merely a stop gap measure. The new video was directed by Jess Holzworth and stars Hollywood actress Chloe Sevigny. The Oscar nominated actress is perhaps best known for her roles in ‘Boys Don’t Cry’ and ‘American Psycho’.
The new video premiered on Myspace yesterday, and has delighted fans with its bizarre imagery. The video can be seen on Myspace Music now.
Co-produced with Danger Mouse, ‘Modern Guilt’ is the latest album by the American wunder-kind known as Beck. Highly praised, it became Beck’s first Top Ten entry on the UK albums chart and features guest vocals from Cat Power.
Beck released ‘Gamma Ray’ as a digital download on September 30th.
