Bastian Benjamin’s ‘Confrontation’ Is A Moment Of Reflection

Dutch producer Bastian Benjamin returns with new single 'Confrontation'.

The electronic musician leans on left field influences, intermingling classic Warp artists – think Clark's work on the label – with some of his contemporaries.

At times reminiscent of Forest Swords' sense of sound design, we're also hearing traces of the influence of Lusine.

Incorporating sharp-edged melodics in amongst his exploratory sensibilities, new album 'Two Truths' lands on December 4th.

It's led by new single 'Confrontation', a beautiful new work that dwells on spots of inner reflection.

Finely balanced electronics with a sense of introspection, it's a drifting composition, one that carries a weight of emotion.

Bastian comments…

“Confronting deep thoughts and turning them into action takes strength and courage. Once it's set in motion, there is no going back. Then you can only hope that you did the right thing.”

Tune in now and pre-save the release here.
