Baby Queen Shares New Scorcher ‘Quarter Life Crisis’

Baby Queen has shared new single ‘Quarter Life Crisis’.

Out now, the new single is the title track of her debut album, the culmination of her incendiary opening chapter. Truly rebellious pop music, this alt angel wants to speak her truth – and an army of fans are intent on listening.

A full UK tour takes place this Autumn, including a packed out date at London’s O2 Forum Kentish Town. The songwriter – Bella Latham – digs into personal fears on her new song, before finding the self-belief required to overcome them.

‘Quarter Life Crisis’ stems from a conversation she had with her cousin’s girlfriend, commenting: “I felt like I had so much responsibility, but I still felt like a child. I was talking about how I felt, and she said the phrase, quarter life crisis.”

“People have this experience where you’re looking both forward and back. It’s the realisation that actually, you can’t fuck around anymore. Fucking around finally comes to an end.”

Pivoting between roaring pop ambition and what Bella terms “a creepy nursery rhyme vibe”, it’s a true piece of pile-driving rebel-pop.

Tune in now.
