New footage has emerged of Guns N Roses singer Axl Rose allegedly punching a photographer.
Guns N Roses have never been the most polite of rock acts. Once renowned as ‘the most dangerous band in the world’ the group left a trail of carnage across the world’s biggest venues.
Sure, their glory days may be behind them but Guns N Roses can still cause a storm of media hype when they want to. Last year’s ‘Chinese Democracy’ album was one of the news stories of the decade, ending a fifteen year wait for new material.
Since then the band have played only a handful of live dates. Due to begin a tour of South East Asia soon, Guns N Roses have been rocked by allegations that singer Axl Rose assaulted a photographer.
The singer was allegedly travelling to a plane at LAX Airport in Los Angeles when the incident occurred. Axl Rose reportedly lashed out at a photographer, though the frontman released a statement yesterday (December 14th) denying the claims claiming he “was unhurt last evening when he was accosted by an unruly group of paparazzi”.
Now footage has emerged of the singer striking out at members of the press. Leaked online at TMZ the video shows Axl Rose shouting at a photographer claiming he’ll “break this guy’s fucking neck”.
Axl Rose is then shown hitting the photographer. Watch the footage below:
