FKJ – French Kiwi Juice – is close to releasing his new EP 'Time For A Change' – listen to a preview on Clash.
It might be a cliche to point this out, but there's a certain quality the French have which British people, try as they might, simply don't. A certain confidence, an assurance seems to run through the national character, lending their music scene a stubborn veneer of cool.
French Kiwi Juice has always had this quality to his music. Fusing house, hip hop and more the Parisian born producer's work has a fresh, effervescent feel which is just perfect for summer.
Now using the FKJ moniker – it rolls off the tongue so easily – the French artist will release new EP 'Time For A Change' through Roche Musique on July 15th.
Ahead of this, Clash are able to stream new track 'Instant Need'. It's a buoyant return, one shot through with glistening sunshine, a rippling piano sample and loud, phat synths.
Listen to it now.
'Time For A Change' is set to be released on July 15th.
