Dream-pop shoegazers Asobi Seksu have announced they will play a gig in November, at Nottingham’s Bodega Club on the 17th (Nov).

The band have been touring non stop since the release of their second album ‘Citrus’ last year, which saw them gain favorable acclaim. However, Asobi have managed to record a forthcoming single in the shape of ‘Me & Mary’, which Clash can confirm is as good as any of their previous singles, complete with mountains of blissful feedback and just the right amount of candy-pop sensibilities.

The NY band recently signed with indie label Polyvinyl, with their third LP expected out in early 2009. More November shows are also expected to be announced in the coming months. Tickets for their Nottingham gig can be purchased below.
