Art Feynman’s ‘Passed Over’ Is A Neat Pop Song

With shades of Talking Heads and XTC...

Art Feynman has shared new single ‘Passed Over’.

The songwriter – an alter ego for maverick talent Luke Temple – has sculpted a brand new album, with ‘Be Good The Crazy Boys’ set to land on November 10th.

New single ‘Passed Over’ is an indication of where his head is at, an off piste pop song with some psychedelic overtones. Lyrically, he zeroes in on self-worth and FOMO, with those tender words – “I’m ok to be passed over / Let them have it / I don’t care” – matched to some extra-dimensional sounds.

Shades of Talking Heads to XTC adorn his songwriting, a surreal jammer packed with hallucinogenic colour and a neat saxophone solo from Nicole McCabe.

Art comments: “It can be refreshing to decide to eat last, it’s stressful if you’re always needing to be at the front of the line…”

Tune in now.
