Arlo Parks has shared the Deluxe Edition of recent album ‘My Soft Machine’.
The London-based artist won the Mercury for her debut album, achieving incredible acclaim. Easing into a period of subtle evolution, follow-up ‘My Soft Machine’ was released earlier this year.
Strikingly personal and gently uplifting, the record added different hues and tones to Arlo’s music. Now a Deluxe Edition has been released, featuring a smattering of new material, guest spots, and acoustic arrangements.
The bonus material is led by her take on Jai Paul’s immortal ‘Jasmine’, co-signed by the alt-pop enigma himself. Lous and the Yakuza appear on a version of ‘I’m Sorry’, while redveil appears on ‘Blades’.
Acoustic versions of ‘Devotion’ and ‘Pegasus’ round out the bonus cuts, which finish with ‘Holding On’.
